Will my order be discreet?

All orders are sent in our UPS packaging, and there is no indication of what is inside the parcel or who sent the parcel to you.
On occasion it may be necessary to leave your parcel with a neighbour or warden. However, due to the nature of the packaging there is no way that they would be able to tell what the package contains. It will remain at all times completely discreet. Sometimes we may also require a return address on your parcel.
How we deliver
We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time and in plain packaging. We use UPS Courier Service as its preferred carrier. Their global reputation allows us to provide you with Next Day Delivery, parcel tracking, delivery attempts made on three consecutive working days, and complete discretion.
Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after Friday 4pm until Monday before 4pm are dispatched on the Monday.
During Bank Holidays and other special occasions this may take a little longer, but feel free to contact us to see how much longer this may be.
Sometimes, depending on your address and what you are buying, there may be a delay in your delivery time, and at times maybe a higher cost will be incurred. However, we will contact you on each occasion to talk you through the delivery options available and the best way to proceed.
The checkout will always clearly explain which options are available to you.
What if I am out when my order arrives?
If you're out when the courier calls, your courier will leave a card telling you that they tried to deliver, with a number you should call to rearrange delivery. They will attempt delivery three times, and if still unsuccessful the third time they will send the parcel back to us. They may at times leave your parcel with the neighbour if they feel this is a more effective option.
After each failed attempt we will also receive an email from the courier updating us on the status of your delivery. We will also attempt to contact you to rearrange delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes! On your transaction confirmation email we also include your parcel tracking number so you can see its progress at any time.

What if my order doesn't arrive when I expect?
If your UK delivery is more than 2 working days overdue, please contact us.
